Our software is available by download over the web. Within 30 minutes of concluding your transaction you should receive download instructions at the email address that you provide.
If for some reason you don’t see an email from us within that time, most likely it was blocked by some filtering software installed on your computer.
The following actions will help you make sure that you get emails from us:
- Add sales@vive.net to your "approved sender" list or "whitelist" and/or put it in your "address book."
- Search through your junk mail and bulk mail folders for sales@vive.net email, as it could have been moved there by your spam filters.
